“This is a smaller but nice facility with a super attentive and friendly staff. We had a slight emergency so we called first to see if they could even take us on a late Saturday afternoon, the answer was more than reassuring. Within a short time we got to seeing the Veterinarian on duty who sat with us privately to discuss the procedure. We then waited a couple of hours, and at least another half for check out, the cost was comparatively reasonable and fair. All patched up, our pup came out of the procedure excited to see us! She had a ripped claw on a paw that was excruciatingly painful for her so to see her come out like her old self was awesome. Definitely would recommend this facility to a friend/family.”

“Dr. Linney is the best vet I’ve ever experienced in my 28 years of having dogs! After I brought my dog to a different vet (for what I’m learning was an IVDD episode), and she got worse, I found myself in the Koreatown office with Dr. Linney- who took the time to not only address all my concerns, but thoroughly explain them to me in a way no vet has ever cared enough to take the time to. Not only was my wait time extremely short, but after the previous vet sent me into a state of panic with vague terms and predictions like she might be paralyzed forever… Dr. Linney took the time to literally draw out what was happening with my dog and explain it to me in extreme detail, making me feel more safe and optimistic about my dogs experience. He immediately addressed all potential happenings, and provided me so much clarity when the other vet left me with more confusion, and more debt. You can tell that both him & his office GENUINELY care about your pet, and aren’t just in it to charge you an arm and a leg! Not only that, but he provided me medication my dog was missing from the previous vet that she should’ve been given! I’ve never felt more supported by not only compassion, hospitality, and care- but also with information and logistics! I have never felt more positive about my dogs safety, experience, and recovery! “I don’t usually do reviews but I just want to say thank you to all the staff for their care compassion and kindness when we had to put our baby girl down last week. It was one of the hardest thing our family has ever gone through as this was the first time for all of us to go through something like that.
